Bud Balsom brings over 30 years of experience in the hospitality, construction, development, and real estate field to Peak Realty Partners. With this background, Bud can give his clients and employees a unique perspective and understanding when looking at their real estate requirements.

Bud’s involvement in due diligence and consulting in the investment field is a natural tie-in for his area of commercial real estate specialty of acquisition, site selection, and development.

Bud was educated at the University of Buffalo, where he focused on Business Management and Economics. He has completed numerous courses in Management, Sales and Motivation. Bud has also received several awards in the real estate and hospitality field.
 

Danielle was born and raised in Champaign, IL. Her family relocated to Naples, Florida ten years ago. She attended the University of Florida and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Danielle has been a real estate professional since 2002. She has a strong knowledge of the Naples real estate market and has been successful with new waterfront construction as well as luxury resales.

Amelia was born and raised in Erie, Pennsylvania. Her family has been living and vacationing in the Naples area for over 35 years. Amelia has lived in North Naples since 2005 and has gained exceptional knowledge of the local Naples area. Amelia has been working with Peak Realty Partners since 2008 and recently received her Florida Real Estate License. Her ability to her hard work, give personal attention and understand her client’s needs highly qualifies Amelia has a member of Peak Realty Partners sales team.
